Christopher M. Hudon

Chris Hudon founded Chris Hudon, PLLC in May 2026. He is a Florida attorney whose practice focuses on AI litigation, digital media, data privacy, and finance, together with consumer class actions and cases involving harm to children and families from technology products.

He has about a decade of litigation experience. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Brevard County, where he first chaired more than fifteen jury trials, handled appeals, and was assigned to cyber crime, economic crime, and white collar investigations. He then practiced commercial and real property litigation at GrayRobinson, P.A., and civil litigation at Wicker Smith, appearing in state and federal courts. Across his work at GrayRobinson, Wicker Smith, and Normand PLLC, he has taken and defended hundreds of depositions.

From 2021 to 2024 he was an Attorney Advisor (Finance) with the U.S. Small Business Administration, Office of Capital Access, where he reviewed and drafted legal actions and loan documents for COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loans.

Since February 2024 he has been Of Counsel to Normand PLLC, a national class action firm that represents consumers. In that role he has been admitted pro hac vice in courts in Texas, California, New York, Ohio, Louisiana, Arkansas, Nebraska, and Alabama for particular matters, and has been appointed class counsel in cases in Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, and Nebraska. Normand PLLC is a separate law firm. Matters handled through Normand PLLC are that firm's matters, not matters of Chris Hudon, PLLC.

Before law school, Chris worked as a professional journalist in Florida and Thailand. During law school he worked in the legal departments of Fox Television Stations and Yahoo!, on media, privacy, and free expression issues. That background in newsrooms and media law shapes how he approaches cases about digital platforms and the people who use them.

He speaks Thai and some French.

“I do this work to protect consumers and to encourage a conversation around the safe deployment of new and emerging technologies in the absence of current regulation.”
